Greystar Sustainability Report 2025

Empowering Our Team

2025 Culture & Engagement In 2025, Greystar hosted 10 events across six cultural celebrations and observances. Each celebration was accompanied by a day or month-long internal campaign that offered educational content, highlighted stories from team members across the business, and encouraged participation in ways that felt meaningful. 2025 events included: • Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month cooking demonstrations • Black History Month book discussions • A Veterans Day panel discussion highlighting service experiences and support resources

Wellness Our people are our greatest strength, which is why we continually look for opportunities to advance and enhance our health and wellbeing offerings. Our personalized wellness platform continued to help team members build healthier habits through targeted programs, assessments, and incentives in 2025. Engagement is growing, with 33% of eligible members enrolled in our personalized health platform, demonstrating meaningful participation in preventive health and wellbeing activities. To make care easier to access, we introduced a new teletherapy service that aims to increase the availability of in-network mental health providers. As of December 31, 2025, almost 200 team members were actively receiving care through the program, many of whom previously faced long wait times or difficulty finding available providers. We also launched a comprehensive cancer care program designed to support team members and their families throughout diagnosis and treatment. A small group of team members began using this service in 2026, and because Greystar covers the full cost of care, they will not have to pay any deductible or coinsurance. We believe financial wellbeing is a core part of employee wellness. This past year we enhanced financial wellbeing resources with the introduction of a library of short, easy-to-understand videos covering a range of topics beyond retirement. In 2026, we are focused on further elevating the wellbeing experience through new programs, stronger resources, and improved access. This includes the introduction of an at-home physical therapy tool. We also plan to introduce new financial wellbeing offerings, including personalized financial planning sessions, an expanded library of educational content, and in-person financial education workshops.

Greystar’s culture is rooted in the belief that an equitable and inclusive environment strengthens our business, supports our people, and creates value for the residents, communities, partners, and clients we serve. Our Culture & Engagement framework guides this work by outlining the foundational practices that help us attract diverse talent, build a strong sense of belonging, and support long-term professional growth across the organization.
