WIN India International Women’s Day Celebration
Recognition 30 Diversity of experience and perspective strengthens our business, and we are proud to recognize the many women whose leadership continues to shape Greystar’s success. This year, five team members were honored in the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards, which celebrate professionals across the real estate industry for their accomplishments and contributions to advancing the sector: 30 On top of the acknowledgement for exceptional individual contributions, Greystar was also recognized externally on Forbes’ 2025 America’s Best Employers for Women.
Engagement Employee engagement continues to be a central priority at Greystar, and our 2025 engagement survey reflects both strong participation and positive momentum across key indicators. This year, 86% of team members responded, the highest response rate to date, and our engagement score exceeded third-party global benchmarks.
Women’s Inclusion Network The Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) continues to celebrate the women of Greystar and champion equality and inclusion in the workplace. In 2025, we saw another successful year, with more than 700 members connecting across the Firm and an increased number of events held.

Results were favorable across our key dimensions, including overall engagement, equip factors, and manager effectiveness, demonstrating continued confidence in leadership and in the support available to team members. The survey also identified several opportunities to further enhance team member experience in 2026: communication, career development, and inclusion. In response, we have begun taking steps to evolve our global talent and leadership development strategies and expand our inclusion network, including introducing additional support initiatives for Veterans.
Each event generated strong engagement across the company, with the International Women’s Day (IWD) keynote drawing exceptionally high global participation. Building on that success, we have secured another external speaker for IWD in 2026 and anticipate even greater engagement.
30 GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence Awards and Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Women are industry recognition programs based on editorial selection processes and survey methodologies. Greystar did not pay a fee to participate in or be selected for these recognitions.
