Greystar Sustainability Report 2025

Supporting Our Communities

Greystar Gives Back Greystar Gives Back is a biannual, Firm-sponsored volunteer initiative designed to further amplify the community engagement that takes place year-round across the business. While teams regularly participate in local volunteer activities and charitable programs, Greystar Gives Back creates a dedicated two-month window to mobilize team members globally, offering structured opportunities, shared resources, and coordinated support to make it easier for employees to participate at scale. The effort is powered by a network of approximately 100 ambassadors across regions who plan events, promote participation, and help connect teams with high-impact local opportunities.
