RESPONSES REGARDING COMMUNITY AMENITIES, BY COMMUNITY TYPE Residents of active adult communities were significantly less likely than residents of conventional multifamily communities to say that rooftop amenity space is a very high priority . Residents of active adult communities also assigned much smaller rent premiums to fitness trainers, business centers, and outdoor kitchens than residents of conventional communities.
