RESPONSES REGARDING APARTMENT FEATURES, BY BUILDING TYPE High-rise residents are more likely than others to assign a very high priority to floor-to-ceiling windows. Respondents living in high-rise communities assigned larger average rent premiums than other respondents to all apartment features, and much larger rent premiums to floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.
