RESPONSES REGARDING COMMUNITY AMENITIES, BY NEIGHBORHOOD TYPE Respondents in urban neighborhoods were significantly more likely than those in suburban neighborhoods to say that secured community access and rooftop amenity space are very high priorities . Urban respondents assigned significantly larger rent premiums to reserved parking and swimming pools than did respondents in the suburbs.
