RESPONSES REGARDING APARTMENT FEATURES, BY PROPERTY CLASS Respondents in class A properties were significantly more likely to assign a very high priority to additional soundproofing and floor- to-ceiling windows than respondents in class B and C properties. Residents in class A properties assigned average rent premiums to floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete floors, living room balconies, and bedroom balconies that were notably larger than the average premiums assigned by residents of class B and C properties.
