VERY HIGH PRIORITY RESPONSE RATES FOR COMMUNITY AMENITIES, BY METROPOLITAN AREA Secured community access, pools, and reserved parking were the community amenities with the highest rates of very high priority responses in Greystar’s managed portfolio. They also had the largest ranges in rates across metropolitan areas. For example, while 44% of respondents overall said secured community access is a very high priority , that figure was 66% in Los Angeles and only 24% in Raleigh.
