This report is informed by SASB and INREV sustainability reporting guidelines. This report covers calendar year 2025. This report describes Greystar’s general commitment to sustainability. It should not be assumed that we will always apply sustainability factors, or that the sustainability factors are applied in the same way or with the same weighting. While it is the case that decisions with respect to the acquisition, retention, improvement, and maintenance of assets include consideration of one or more sustainability factors, all such decisions also take into account other, non-sustainability factors, and sustainability factors are generally no more significant than other factors in the decision-making process, such that sustainability factors may not be determinative in a decision to acquire, retain, improve, or maintain any particular asset.
