Additional soundproofing topped the list of resident priorities in 2022, as it has every year since the Greystar Design Survey was launched in 2017. Nearly 90 percent of respondents deemed it either a very high priority or a high priority, with over half specifying it as a topmost concern. Nearly three quarters of respondents said that a pool is a high or very high priority, making it the fourth-highest priority among the attributes in the survey, and the
