By embedding sustainability considerations across our business lines, we support operational excellence and enhance asset performance and resilience while targeting risk adjusted returns and an elevated resident experience. We also apply these sustainability frameworks internally through employee engagement and development, community partnerships, and professional conduct. Below are high level and non exhaustive examples of priorities across these areas outlined in this report.
